The restaurant is a haven in a rugged environment, with an attentive but relaxed highland hospitality service. The estate is akin to a croft, gleaning what we can from the land, our garden, the shore and from local suppliers. The food is welcoming, hearty but with refined flavours, impeccable attention to detail and meticulous presentation, based on Scottish traditional recipes.
A menu designed by our Executive Chef Miles Craven, built from the elemental nature of Skye, with incredible ingredients, featuring Ben Oakes hand dived Skye Scallops, 35 day matured Highland Beef, Skye Venison, Kilmuir Lamb and Skye Seaweed. Produce hard won from an inhospitable environment, to be shared with our guests.
